Together We Rise is a special donation-based evening of breathwork, Reiki + sound where your time spent caring for yourself will also help care for someone else.
Ashley will guide you through a restorative breathwork journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect + create space for release. As you move through the breathwork, Kari will offer Reiki throughout the room while weaving in sounds + vibrations.
Helping Our Community Rise
100% of event proceeds will go toward supporting Fox Valley Meal Prep's continued local tornado relief efforts.
Fox Valley Meal Prep is a local family-owned business that has been deeply involved in supporting our community since the tornado.
From organizing efforts, providing meals + essential supplies to serving as a collection point for physical + monetary donations, Destiny + her family have spent the weeks following the storm finding ways to get support where it was needed.
We chose Fox Valley Meal Prep because we've watched the work they've been doing right here in our community, and we want to help them continue it.
Your registration is your contribution. When registering, you'll be able to choose from several contribution levels. Every level receives the same experience. Choose the amount that feels right for you.
If you'd like to contribute more, you're welcome to bring an additional monetary contribution the evening of the event.
Can't attend but still want to help?
We will also gladly accept monetary contributions at SolRising through September 17 to include in the support raised through this event.
What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothing + bring anything you need to feel supported lying down, such as a yoga mat, blanket and/or pillow.
