60 Minute Reiki Journey

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on or above-the-body energy healing practice that supports balance and harmony within the body, mind + spirit. It offers an opportunity to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

Each session begins and ends with sound healing, with intuitive Reiki, essential oils + crystals placed over the chakras woven throughout. My approach is personalized, allowing me to follow the energy and spend time where I feel drawn, rather than following the same routine each time.

During our time together, I may notice subtle impressions or sensations that I'll share with you afterward for reflection. Other sessions may be quieter, allowing space for rest + receiving. I provide a warm, welcoming space and facilitate the energy work, but you're always in the driver's seat. This is your journey.

My intention is to create a space where you feel supported, grounded + comfortable exactly where you are, allowing yourself the time to pause, reconnect + receive.

Please plan for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes total. This includes time for a check-in before, Reiki and energy work, and a soft landing/reflection afterward. Each part of your journey is thoughtfully incorporated into your scheduled appointment time, allowing us to honor both your experience and the time we've set aside together.
