Reiki is a gentle, hands-on, or above-the-body, healing practice that helps balance energy and restore harmony to body, mind, and spirit. It’s a calming, safe, natural way to reduce stress, release what no longer serves, and invite calm and clarity.
During your session, we begin and end with sound healing to ground and settle your energy. Between those moments, you’ll receive intuitive Reiki combined with aromatherapy, essential oils, and crystals placed over the chakras. All gently aligned to support balance and energetic flow.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all template. Every session is personalized, held in a warm and welcoming space, and guided by your own intention. I’ll accompany your energy, but you remain in the driver’s seat.
Please plan for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes total. This includes time for a caring check-in before, the healing session itself, and a soft landing/reflection afterward so you can emerge gently.
Sessions take place at SolRising The Rock Shop, located at 150 W Wisconsin Ave, Kaukauna WI. Parking is available directly out front, and you can enter through the main shop door; I’ll meet you there.
