Shipping policy

We utilize the US Postal Service and UPS for shipping our packages. Packages are insured by USPS and UPS. If your item has been lost, stolen or damaged you can create a claim with USPS or UPS, whichever carrier service was used for your order. All sales are final and you must submit a claim through the carrier service used. Tracking will be provided.
