Purchases // Orders

All purchases are final and payment is due at the time of purchase.
Any returns or refunds are handled at the discretion of SolRising The Rock Shop and may be considered only if items are returned in original condition.

Events // Classes // Workshops

Most events are intentionally small and prepared in advance, all registrations are non-refundable.

Emergency exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Tickets may be transferable with advance notice, unless the class includes personalized preparation, in which case transfers are not available.
