Yoga + Crystal Chakra Series // The Roots of Our Foundation // Series: 2 Sacral, Solar Plexus + Heart

This three-part series blends chakra education, intentional crystal work, and beginner-friendly yoga into one grounded, supportive experience.

In our second gathering, Kari will guide us into an exploration of the Sacral, Solar Plexus, and Heart chakras.

You’ll learn what these energy centers represent, how they support creativity, confidence, emotional balance, and connection, and how to work with them in practical ways.

Each participant will receive a crystal for each chakra to use during Jenni’s yoga flow and take home. Kari will share why these stones were chosen and how they can support your personal practice.

Jenni will then guide a gentle yoga flow with breathwork inspired by these chakras, allowing you to embody what was explored.

We’ll close with a simple journal reflection to help integrate the experience.

You do not need to have attended the first class to join. Each gathering can be experienced on its own while still being part of the larger series.

No prior experience with yoga, crystals, or chakra study is needed. This series is designed to be approachable, supportive, and welcoming to all levels.
