Join Jenni + Kari for Yoga SolRetreat, a monthly experience blending yoga, grounding practices, self-discovery, and intentional connection through thoughtfully chosen themes designed to support mind, body, and spirit.

This month’s SolRetreat, The Moon Within, invites you to explore the Moon, its connection to our emotional nature, natural rhythms, and the ways we seek comfort, security, and nourishment in our everyday lives.

Kari will begin with an introduction to the Moon, exploring what it represents, its significance as a luminary, and how its zodiac sign and house placement offer insight into our emotional needs, natural rhythms, and inner world. We'll also explore how the Moon reflects our relationship with nurturing, both in how we care for ourselves and how we receive care from others.

If you provide your birth date, birth time, and birth location to hello@solrisingtherockshop.com when registering, your personal birth chart will be prepared for you to explore during class.

Following the astrology portion, Jenni will guide a gentle, grounding yoga practice inspired by the qualities of the Moon. Through mindful movement, breath, and moments of stillness, the practice will invite you to slow down, listen to your body's needs, and reconnect with yourself. The evening will end with time to rest, reflect, and integrate the experience.

Leave with a deeper understanding of the Moon in your own chart and a greater awareness of the rhythms, needs, and practices that help you feel grounded and supported, both on and off the mat.

• Returning SolRetreat participants: If you joined us for a previous astrology SolRetreat, please bring your birth chart + astrology packet with you. We'll continue building on what you've already explored, and you'll be able to use these materials again throughout this class.

Space is limited to support a comfortable and connected experience.

No prior astrology or yoga experience is required. We'll introduce the foundations along the way, while also learning additional layers of the birth chart. Come with curiosity and give yourself permission to learn at your own pace.
